Halton Borough Council

Halton Borough Council is seeking to recruit an experienced Performance Manager. You will join a newly established team that has replaced the local safeguarding childrens board.

The role is to oversee the performance and effectiveness of the new arrangements by ensuring there is regular performance monitoring across all agencies and to lead on the audit and quality assurance framework. You will be able to analyse both quantative and qualitative data to identify patterns and trends to inform the overall priorities of the partnership.

You will have experience of working is a safeguarding setting and be able to prepare and present reports to senior leaders which will inform the development of the work plan.

You will be able to examine and manage complex data sets and also be able to contribute to the audit and quality assurance framework when examining the effectiveness of the safeguarding arrangements.

You will have analytical skills and sufficient knowledge regarding the current statutory and legislative framework to be able to make recommendations and measure improvements.
